BECKEN.com delivers to addresses in the United States only. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow one to two business days for processing.
We ship via UPS and offer the following shipping methods:
Ground (delivery within 3-5 business days): $10
Second Day Air (delivery on the second business day) : $25
Next Day Air (delivery on the next business day): $45

Returns are eligible for refund if the return authorization request is made within 14 days of receipt of your original purchase. Returns requested after this window cannot be processed. BECKEN provides free returns of items that are unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and undamaged. All original tags must be attached. Returns will not be accepted if the above is not fulfilled. Items marked ‘final sale’ are not eligible for return. Upon receiving the returned item(s), BECKEN will credit the amount paid for the product(s), less any shipping and handling costs or fees related to the original purchase (which are non-refundable).
To request an exchange or return:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the name of the item(s) that you would like to return.
- Within 24 hours you will receive a FedEx return shipping label as well as a Return Authorization (RA) number and an RA form. Fill out the RA form and include in your return package.
- Repackage return item(s) and leave shipment at FedEx drop-off location.
- A refund will be processed to your original form of payment up to five business days after receipt of returned items.
